Sustainability at BPI Webpage
In spring 2015, the Poly administration and the Environment Club worked together to add a "Sustainability at BPI" website page as a long-term addition to the official school website. Students were informed of the website and were encouraged to visit it to learn more about sustainability at the school and how they can get green in their own lives.
Clothing Drive
Poly's Environment Club and National Honor Society initiated a massive clothing drive, in which the clothes were donated to the purple heart. Here are the results, in which many hundreds of clothing items were donated by Poly students and staff! An aggressive announcements campaign was launched to promote this clothing drive and may have helped greatly with its success. Students were excited by this drive and recycled their old clothes to help others in need!
